From his debut single ‘Pillowtalk’, Zayn has shown his fans and those in the music world just what he’s been working on.
A few weeks ago, Zayn posted the audio to song ‘iT’s YoU‘, a slow relaxing tune with Zayn giving us a taste of his vocal range as he hits the high notes in the chorus. Zayn then surprised his Twitter followers with the link to the latest track ‘LIKE I WOULD’.
Fans instantly fell in love with the track, which is more likely to get you on a dancefloor unlike Zayn’s previously released songs.
Personally this is my favourite song that Zayn has released so far. It has a Can’t Feel My Face/The Weeknd kind of vibe, and it’s been on repeat and in my head all day.
It’s also been reported that Zayn was filming in Manchester, UK for his next music video, which apparently takes place in a housing estate.
Kanye recently released his long-awaited album, The Life of Pablo for Tidal subscribers to get the first listen.
Most fans were waiting until a week had passed to purchase the album on iTunes, but Kanye made a shocking announcement that the album would not be on the store. In fact, he said that The Life of Pablo would NEVER be for sale.
Subscriptions to Tidal soon reached 2.5 million subscribers, which is more than double the amount before TLOP was added to the streaming service (according to Fader).
But with services like Tidal, how will this affect fans and the way that we get our music?
The Weeknd’s new album Beauty Behind The Madness is out and ready for you to listen to in all its glory.
It’s been one hell of a journey for Abel Tesfaye, more widely known as The Weeknd. With recent hits like his duet with Ariana Grande’s Love Me Harder and his mainstream success with 50 Shades of Grey track Earned It, Abel has slowly moved out of the underground and into a household name.
And now we have an entire album of 14 beautifully crafted songs to listen to.
Whether you love him or hate him, Kanye has made his mark. Whether it’s designing Yeezy’s, running fashion shows, producing tracks, performing or writing music, Ye’s impressive skillset means he can turn his hand to anything. He may have caused a stir at Glastonbury this year when he yelled on stage “I’m the greatest living rock star on the planet!!!”, but you have to admit… he does have a point.
I apologise for being a little late with this article, but all of us in the UK have only just seen the music event of the summer!
With performances from Ariana Grande, 5 Seconds of Summer, Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora, and Nicki Minaj, it was definitely Beyonce’s Flawless performance that stole the show.
Remember when Beyonce used the 2011 VMAs to announce to the world that she was pregnant with baby Blu Ivy, rubbing her growing baby bump as Jay Z, Kanye and other celebrities and audience members present applauded and jumped around at the sheer delivery of the news?
Abel Tesfaye has released a video to his new single Belong To The World! It’s been a year since the release of his album Trilogy, an album that helped to further spread Abel’s popularity and grow his fan base since the release of his 3 mixtapes. The song comes from The Weeknd’s new album Kiss Land, which will be released this summer on August 27th.
The English rapper is back with a new song called ‘Trampoline’ and it’s definitely one to jump around to. Featuring the American rapper 2 Chainz, the song is definitely one that is aiming to be heard worldwide. With lyrics such as ‘Sydney, what’s going down. New York, what’s going down. LA, what’s going down. Vegas, what’s going down…‘, it is clear to see that Tinie wants people all over the world to be dancing to this track.
